The Meeting Room Screens improve resource utilisation

The meeting room screens and floor plan displays are colour
coded, easy to read and clearly show the real-time availability of each room and resource. The touch screens
provide facilities to make an Instant Booking, End or Extend a Reservation and using the optional
Auto-Cancellation (No-Show) mode ensures that reserved but unused resources are automatically freed up for
others to use - thus delivering a significant improvement in utilisation and
efficiency.

The room screens can be individually customised to incorporate
corporate branding or design themes and any screen can be set to a display only mode where the room
should not be controllable from a touch screen.
