Where’s The Room?

We arrive for a meeting; the screen tells us which of the many rooms the meeting is being held in, but.....where is the room?

Meeting Monitor™ now has the facility to display a location map during the Instant Room booking process, thus making the locating of a room a simple, yet remote process. The location map can be displayed from one of our Interactive Meeting Monitor™ Summary Screens.  

The display includes an optional graphic screen showing location of the booked room plus health and safety information which could include fire escape routes and other safety related information.
