Several reports are available including
a No-Show report detailing reservations that were booked but not attended on the day. This report details not
only the person who made the original booking but if the auto-cancellation mode is enabled the amount of
resource time that has been released back into the booking pool.

captured data can be simply and easily exported using a single click feature into standard charting
applications such as Excel and is an invaluable tool for Facility Managers
to produce accurate room and resource usage or capacity planning
