A very useful screen option is the QSign Reception and Way finding Display that can be used in common areas such as Receptions, Meeting Centres or Break-out Zones.

The screen can use either low cost PC hardware e.g. Windows PC and Screen or TV or a larger dedicated kiosk.

The information shown on the screen can be linked to one or more meeting rooms and provides Meeting Titles, Organisers, Meeting Start Times and directional information for rooms.

This solution can be used free-standing or integrated with a full room screen solution.

Multiple smaller screens could be installed throughout a building to provide full way-finding assistance for visitors and employees alike.
