Meeting Room Screen Range
The QED Q range of Meeting Room Screens improve resource
utilisation as well as providing a clear real-time indication of room and resource status and
availability.
The touch screens provide facilities to make an Instant Booking
(now or later), Check-In, Extend or Check-Out of a booking made either at the desktop or locally and using
the optional Auto-Cancellation (No-Show) mode ensures that reserved but unused resources are automatically
freed up for others to use - this single feature alone delivering a significant improvement in utilisation
and
efficiency.

The system is fully customisable with logo's, fonts, colours and background images (each screen can
even have a unique image!) and is available with a wide choice of in-wall and flush mounted room
screens from 8" to 15"
The standard text messaging feature is also a
great way to improve communications for employees and visitors alike. Messages can be sent to
individual screens or
system-wide.
Very importantly the screens are easy to
understand, intuitive to use and thus require no user
training.

The room screens can be individually customised to incorporate
corporate branding or design themes and any screen can be set to a display only mode where room
reservations should not be controllable from a touch screen.
Access to touch screen functions can
be protected with an on-screen password, access code or optional Smart Card RFID authentication
option to both record and control user access to screen
functions.
The
Meeting MonitorTM system is available with a range of Meeting Room Screens that are solid state,
silent, low power, Wi-Fi and LAN capability in surface mount and in-wall flush mount options with a choice of sizes
from 8" to 15".
