
Meeting Monitor™ will be at The Office Exhibition

We will be proudly demonstrating the
latest version of our innovative Room and Resource Signage system called Meeting Monitor
that provides complete visibility for meeting, conference and training room schedules using screens outside
of each room.
The information is entered directly into either a standard Microsoft Outlook or
IBM lotus Notes client and within seconds the screen will update with the latest meeting
information. The system can also be used for managing other resources such as car park spaces for employees
and visitors.
Using touch screens new room reservations can also be created from
the room itself and the system also allows existing reservations to be updated using the check-in and
check-out features.
This system is available with a wide range of Wi-Fi room screens
from 8" upwards, offers a cost effective option using multi-room interactive floor plans and standard PC
hardware, direct integration to Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, IBM Lotus Notes and other Booking Systems and
lots more!
