V3.2 Launches........

We are pleased to announce the launch of another new and exciting version of Meeting Monitor™ (available to customers with current software maintenance agreements)

These changes continue to build on the flexible and innovative architecture allowing users to tune the system to suit their ever changing and evolving requirements for on-demand resource management. 

New Features include;

Full Interactive English and Arabic Room Screen Version - Previous versions provided a display only capability for Arabic screens but listening to our customers we have now taken this further with a full interactive Arabic version. In addition the language translation file is fully editable to allow local customisation of all screen text if required. 

Custom Floor Plan Icons - Although our interactive kiosk floor plan capability is widely accepted as being one of the most powerful on the market today we have extended our lead in this sector even further now. The latest feature provides the ability to use custom icons to match irregular shaped spaces on the floor plan image i.e. curved desks. This again came from listening to our customers!

Android™ Screen Client - This new lost cost limited feature option allows use of standard Android™ tablet screens as Meeting Monitor room screens. There are a wide range of suitable devices on the market in a range of sizes such as the Samsung Galaxy Tab, Motorola Xoom etc and the only requirement is Android™ 2.2 or above with a suitable network (Wi-Fi or LAN) connection.
