Another first for Meeting Monitor™ is the
introduction of an option that allows control of local room reservations and the ability to
make instant bookings via the touch screen on AYAYA IP telephones.
The main advantage being of course
that no additional hardware investment is required for room screens and thus it can be a
highly cost-effective option. By using a
combination of Meeting Centre Summary Screens and your Phones visibility of room status is
still available across your network.

The 4” colour screens on the
telephones display room schedule information, exactly as per the larger Meeting Monitor™
screens would. By adding a push server we are able
to provide the option of audio alerts to signal the imminent end of a reservation or as a
reminder to start the meeting hence avoiding the possibility of the reservation being
cancelled as a no-show.

We hope to add further modules for other IP phone systems such as
Cisco in future versions. If you have any current specific requirements to interface to other systems please
let us know.
